Frank Lhotsky started running for his health, and along the way he found comradery with other runners.  “The best part of running or walking is competing against yourself and trying to do better and better each time out on the road”, says Frank.

Frank says he can’t run without good sunny warm weather!  We’re so excited about our new location at beautiful, waterfront Port Covington for our 10th anniversary of the 5K – hopefully it will be beautiful sun and blue skies for the runners along the waterfront.

Frank says he runs for Casey Cares because the organization has a special place in his heart. “The Casey Cares organization has been very helpful to my friend and his family many times over.”
